Is there a easy way do drow new timeitems by mouse. Some mode for timeitems like the “EnterLinkMode” for links.

Currently No, Sorry. You must implement this yourself in 1.3 (OnMouseMove etc)
This is one of the new features for the upcomming 2.0 release.
